Early Life
On August 16, 1958, at Bay City, Michigan, U. S., Madonna Louise and Silvio Antony Ciccone brought their daughter Madonna Louise Ciccone to this world. He was born for the Catholic family and the name of his Catholic confirmation was Veronica. He is an Italian, French and Canadian descent.
